An academy where sex wise, anything goes. Sex is as common as a simple hello, and the dress code is simply "Just don't die to the weather". To many this is paradise.
Bluebell Academy was once one of the poorest schools in Japan, on the brink of Bankrupt with no hope for a future. One day however, a new principle was hired and through some unknown methods, was able to convince the entire school board to approve his freeuse plan, making Bluebell into a freeuse sex paradise. Though initially many were skeptical of this plan, the freeuse sexual nature of the school soon made it more and more popular with rebellious teens, until the school became the largest in the entire country. Funding soon became plentiful, and even the most snobbish and uptight families soon began to send their students to Bluebell.
